Warm up as needed

For time: 

Ladder drill:

1a. Pull ups 20x, 15x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 

2a. Jump Squats 30x, 20x, 10x, 20x, 30x

2 mile run... 

 

Complete the ladder drill first as quickly as possible.. and then finish the sequence with the 2 mile run... 

Time yourself during this grind... 

Push yourself, and use that as a standard to beat next time you do this...
