I come from a huge fitness background, everything from military training (currently enlisted a staff sergeant in the army national guard) to being a student of health and fitness.

We continue to learn and grow so that we may provide you with cutting edge techniques that deliver quick and amazing results. Man I can’t begin to start and explain how proud I am of this guys...

Single Father of 2 beautiful little girls...

I went to high school with this guy so it makes it even more special working with him and helping him get to where he wants to be in his health and fitness goals...

I ran into Pat about 4 more months ago, and we had discussed all things working out and he was like man, I’m going to stop by your studio so I can workout and get on a program. I immediately was like Ok yeah for sure, not really believing him, because he’s told me that before, and of course old high school buddies always say that, and never show...

They don’t want to work hard. lol

But low and behold he shows up and immediately gets to work.

It’s been a little over 3 months now, and this man has lost over 30 lbs and kills it every time he enters FGP. He works out 3-4 days a week, cycles on the weekend like crazy, something like 40+ miles.

His work ethic continues to inspire us here at the Grind, and it’s bee a pleasure for us to be apart of his journey!

It’s awesome watching him improve and literally monster through workouts that I sometimes think I may have gone overboard in writing, but he nails it...
