About Coach Fe

I Don't Build
Programs.
I Build Men.

My name is Felix Gonzalez. Most people call me Coach Fe. I'm a husband, a father of four, a veteran, and a man who believes that God put me on this earth to help other men stop settling and start leading.

My Story

From Broken to Built

I grew up in a household where discipline was a foreign concept. No structure. No accountability. No one showing me what it meant to be a man. I learned early that if I wanted something different, I had to build it myself.

The military gave me the structure I never had. It taught me that discipline is not punishment. It is freedom. It showed me what happens when you commit to something bigger than yourself and refuse to quit when it gets hard.

"I was tired of watching good men settle for less than they were created for. So I built a place where settling isn't an option."

When I came home, I realized the same problem existed everywhere. Men who had the potential to lead were stuck. Overweight. Spiritually dry. Going through the motions. Making excuses. And nobody was calling them out on it.

That's why I built Fitness Grind & Performance. Not as a gym. As a training ground for men who are ready to stop coasting and start carrying the weight they were designed to carry. In the gym. At home. In their faith. In their communities.

I'm Boricua. I'm a believer. I'm a father who takes his role seriously. And I coach the way I live: with conviction, honesty, and zero tolerance for excuses.

Philosophy

How I Coach

01

Standards Over Feelings

I don't ask how you feel. I ask what you committed to. Feelings change every hour. Standards don't. We build our training, our nutrition, and our lives around non-negotiable standards.

02

The Whole Man

I don't separate fitness from faith from family. They are all connected. If your body is falling apart, your leadership suffers. If your faith is dry, your discipline crumbles. We train the whole man.

03

Accountability Is Love

I will call you out. Not because I enjoy it, but because I care about who you are becoming. The world will coddle you. I won't. And that's exactly what you need.

04

Identity Before Strategy

Before we talk about macros and programming, we talk about who you are and who you want to become. Strategy follows identity. Not the other way around.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

Joshua 1:9

Ready to Be Coached, Not Coddled?

If you're looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, I'm not your guy. But if you're ready to be challenged, held accountable, and transformed, let's talk.
